1. Digital Booking Delivery

Upon successful payment or deposit, we will send your official booking confirmation, daily itinerary, and payment receipt digitally via email and WhatsApp within 24 hours. This digital confirmation serves as your official service voucher.

2. Airport Transit Fulfillment (Srinagar SXR)

• Flight Tracking: Our dispatch team tracks your incoming flight in real time. Your dedicated 4x4 driver will be waiting at the Srinagar International Airport (SXR) arrival exit holding a name placard.
• Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed on the day of travel, your driver will automatically adjust the pickup time at no additional cost.
• Route Adjustments & Chains: For your safety, our drivers reserve the right to mandate the installation of snow chains at the Tangmarg checkpoint or alter driving speeds based on immediate road and winter weather conditions.

3. Equipment Rental Delivery

• We fulfill all pre-booked ski, snowboard, and avalanche safety equipment in person at our in-house hub, Global Ski Shop (located at Global Lodge, Gulmarg Market).
• Guests must visit the shop on the morning of their first activity (or the evening prior) for mandatory custom boot fitting, stance adjustments, and binding DIN calibration.
• Gear is not delivered directly to hotel rooms unless previously arranged through a VIP concierge package.

4. Safety & Weather Modifications

Mountain environments are inherently unpredictable. Gulmarg Ski Resort reserves the right to modify, delay, or substitute aspects of your itinerary if our lead guides determine that avalanche risks, whiteout weather, or Gondola closures compromise your safety. For example, a scheduled Phase 2 high-alpine powder day may be substituted for a sheltered Drung Valley tree run during high-wind storm cycles.
