• Travel Details: Flight itineraries (for SXR airport pickups), arrival/departure dates, and hotel reservations.
• Physical & Safety Data: Height, weight, shoe size, and riding stance (required solely for proper equipment calibration at Global Ski Shop), as well as basic medical or dietary restrictions necessary for backcountry safety and camping.
• Identity Documents: Government-issued ID or passport details (required for hotel check-ins, J&K tourism tracking, and backcountry permits).

How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to fulfill our services:

• To confirm and manage your bookings, transit, and lodging.
• To pre-tune your rental skis, snowboards, and avalanche gear prior to your arrival.
• To communicate important weather, avalanche safety, or itinerary updates.
• To coordinate with our certified guides, drivers, and partner hotels for a smooth trip.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share necessary information with trusted operational partners directly involved in your itinerary, including:

• Partner hotels and chalets (for room reservations).
• Dedicated 4x4 drivers (flight details and contact numbers for airport pickup).
• Local authorities (such as the J&K Himalayan Tourism Department or local police) only if required for wilderness permits or emergency safety protocols.

Data Security

All digital bookings and communications are secured using industry-standard encryption. Physical records (such as liability waivers or rental agreements) are stored securely at our base office at Global Lodge.
